Ground Up BJJ was founded with one goal — to make Brazilian Jiu Jitsu accessible to children across Ireland, right where they are. In their own school, after the bell.
We believe BJJ is one of the most valuable activities a child can do. It builds genuine confidence, teaches discipline, develops resilience, and gives kids a safe space to challenge themselves physically and mentally. We want every child in Ireland to have access to it.
Our coaches are Garda-vetted, fully insured, and trained in child safeguarding. We operate under the governance of the Irish Amateur Wrestling Association (IAWA) and adhere fully to the Children First Act 2015.
Your school doesn't organise, staff, or equip anything. We rent your hall, run the classes, and leave it exactly as we found it. A genuine income stream from space that would otherwise sit empty after 3pm.
